Dear Habitat family!

In adherence to the Stay at Home order from Governor DeWine, starting Tuesday, 12:00 am March 24, through 11:59 pm Monday, April 6, 2020, Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County will be temporarily closing our office and ReStore to the public, located at 1200 Commerce Parkway, Findlay OH.

We are planning on reopening on Tuesday April 7, 2020, but we continue to evaluate the evolving situation of the pandemic, placing safety and health as our number one priority.

Apply for critical home/urgent repairs online at

While the store is closed temporarily, visit our Facebook page at and continue to shop on-line for your favorite items, while helping Habitat to raise critical funds to stabilize families.

We will continue to respond to phone calls or return any voicemails or emails. Please call 419-429-1400, or email [email protected]

Pray for our community, our families and each other. I leave you with a few words from our Habitat International CEO Johnathon Reckford especially tailored to this trying time.

“May those of us who are merely inconvenienced remember those whose lives are at stake. May we who have no risk factors remember the most vulnerable. May we who settle in for quarantine at home remember those who have no home. As fear grips our country, let us choose love.”

Habitat has always chosen to embody these values, and the steps we are taking now are taken in this same vein. May you be healthy, may you be well, and may you and yours feel God’s love around you.
