Financial Opportunity Center Coach
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Financial Opportunity Center Coach to empower individuals and families to focus on stabilizing and improving the financial situation for low to moderate income families. In this position, you will serve as a coach to help families to boost earnings, reduce expenses, and make appropriate financial decisions that lead to asset building and assist the FOC manager in the execution of program strategy.
Reports to FOC Manager
Full Time
Compensation:
$20.19 / hr to $21.15 / hr
Schedule is:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Teach clients about the value of the FOC integrated services and engage the client in a long term relationship.
- Assist clients in resolving current financial situations, while providing a wide lens on their financial health, and employment goals to shift the approach to proactive financial and career management.
- Develop plans of action and provide tools, resources and accountability to the clients to help them meet their goals.
Health insurance, dental, vision, PTO days, 7 paid holidays and IRA available after 90 days
Possible performance pay increases at 90 days, mid year and end of year based on job performance.
ReStore Associate
Compensation:
$16.00 / hr to $17.00 / hr
Habitat For Humanity ReStore in Findlay, OH is looking for full-time or part-time (flexible) ReStore Associate. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Schedule is:
Tues-Sat 9 am - 5:30 pm
