The Donor Engagement Manager is a key member of the leadership team who oversees mid-level individual giving and associated campaigns that inspire new and renewed donor support annually. The manager must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to take complete ownership of critical duties working both independently and as a team  member. 


Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of mid-level donor contributions to meet annual revenue goals through a range of strategies.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of 200-250 mid-level annual and monthly donors.
  • Develop the budget, strategy, and oversee implementation of annual giving campaigns. 
  • Develop and deepen relationships with individuals, create funding proposals, and provide timely and accurate donor giving records, acknowledgements and outcomes reports. 
  • Oversee database implementation to manage donors giving records, prospecting, data analytics, reporting, ensuring information accuracy that drives strategy. 
  • Assist in the planning, fundraising, and implementation of special fundraising campaigns, donor appreciation and cultivation events.  
  • Plan, manage and implement donor touch points. 
  • Act as a representative for the organization, speaking as needed, to bring in funding, volunteers, etc.  
  • Promote and serve as point person for cause marketing campaigns conducted by community partners.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the organization's mission and the ability to connect with potential donors while adhering to the AFP Code of Ethical Standards. 


Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred 2 years of experience working in a nonprofit organization, and/or fundraising
  • Proficiency with MS 365 Office Suite
  • Preferred experience with guiding potential donors through a series of interactions to increase their engagement
  • Highly capable in relationship building and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers entering and leaving the business
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow store operation protocols and sanitation
  • Accurately process all cash, check and credit payments
  • Filling out sold tags with proper stickers to mark items sold
  • Counting registers at open and close of day.
  • Communicate clearly what discounts are and store policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answering question and doing sales over the phone.
  • Cleaning all high touch areas windows and doors around the entry.
  • Operate under pressure handling a lot of different tasks at the same time.
  • Maintaining paint and paint supply, store supplies inventory monthly.


Qualifications

  • Must pass Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, Credit and Sexual Offender Check
  • Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen, accept coaching, and communicate effectively
  • ability to lift 50 lbs to load vehicle if needed

We are located on 1200 Commerce Parkway. 


Responsibilities

  • Serving as the Volunteer Coordination Specialist, the VISTA member will help to build capacity to recruit and retain more volunteers to facilitate construction and repair services for low to moderate income families, as well as grow the volunteer base for the ReStore. The VISTA member will build on the existing foundational work to improve volunteer recruitment, retention and recognition across all programs of Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to recruit more volunteers.
  • Create & Develop a volunteer orientation program
  • Manage the volunteer retention process
  • Explore new avenues of volunteer recognition
  • Promote community awareness of the volunteer opportunities presented by H4H Findlay.


Qualifications

  

  • Must have some college experience.
  • Need to be able to work independently and in teams.
  • Must have computer skills to enter and track data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to listen, accept coaching and direction, and effectively put plans into action
