Habitat for Humanity Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) services are designed to engage, educate and empower individuals and families to build a better future through self-sufficiency.
We are accepting participants who want to build a brighter financial future. There are no income requirements, timelines, or obligations. The FOC helps you achieve success however you define it. Our financial and employment coaching provides individualized support focused on helping you achieve your short and long-term goals!

Exclusively for FOC Clients
- Interest free small dollar loans between $250 and $1,000
- Repayment will be made through ACH exclusively
- $25 deposit required, serves as first payment
- FOC provides payments directly to the designated vendor
- Participants must have employment stability, can afford payments, cannot qualify for a personal loan from a traditional bank or credit union
- Loan must address a need that is critical to the sustainability of housing, transportation or employment
